Photo Update
Here's what I look like, for those who haven't seen me in a while:

Compare with this photo taken before I started going to the gym.
Losing weight without any gimmick diets is slow, but I'm getting there.

Here's Billy Joel and Tom Sizemore, whom commenters say I resemble:

Losing weight without gimmicks is also likely to give long term results because you are altering your eating and exercise habits over a long period. Some of those will hopefully become permanent.
I was drinking something like 1000 calories of Mountain Dew a day back in 2003. Those calories were liquid and sugar, so they did little to fill me. I stopped drinking soda as part of my weight loss strategy. These days, I drink very little soda, maybe a cup per month.
My weight has fluctuated over the past four years, but even when it gets up, it never gets anywhere near where it was in 2003 because of better habits that I have developed.

It's a combination of exercise, better eating choices and less quantity, in my case.
I've got room for improvement in all three, but I'm way ahead of where I was in, say, 2003.

And I can't hear what you say to me...
C'mon y'all. Joe is MUCH cuter than Billy Joel.
Grossberg looks more like a male Katie Holmes.
I'll take that. Well, except for the beating Heidi Fleiss part.
