I've gone from 388 feeds in Bloglines to "just" 184 as part of a general plan to free up time for other things and de-stress. Most feeds are either negative news or arguments about something. Plus, there's nothing fun about accumulating 500 unread items over a weekend.
Anyhow, you can see (most of) them on my links page; if you're not on there: please don't be offended.
Looks like I didn't make the cut (or never was there in the first place). Not that I'm offended: I don't post anything of real value. :-)
I'm up to 292 feeds and I've been meaning to find the time to unsubscribe from a bunch of them ... but, well, that's part of the problem, you know?
Have you had a play with GoogleReader? For some reason, I find myself getting through my reading list much faster with it.
GoogleReader can import Bloglines feed lists, so it's easy to get started, and easy to drop if you don't like it.

I use find-as-you-type, which conflicts with GoogleReader's keyword nav.
And that, plus a prettier UI, is the only reason I know of to switch.
