Giving DreamHost Some Credit

Well, I appreciate that my web host is letting me (and others) air their grievances publicly. I'm impressed that they didn't delete the negative comments. I just hope they take them as a sign that their own self-image (i.e. the emphasis on "quality") doesn't jibe with the impression left on their customers.
