"Getting Real" is Real Good

In case anyone was wondering, 37signals' "Getting Real" is a great read for anyone in the web development industry. Even when I vehemently disagreed with what they had to say (e.g. their notion that it's best not to worry much about scalability until after it becomes a problem), it was still thought-provoking.
