My boss's mother has just started another round of chemotheraphy and, already scumbag pre-paid funeral businesses are leaving unsolicited messages on their answering machines.

OK, maybe the timing's just a fucked-up coincidence.

But I also remember reading a guy's post (I forget whose) about how blogging the emotionally-wrenching attempts to overcome infertility had resulted in comment spam about diapers and baby photos.
