Normally, I would say no. Especially for someone whose retardation is so mild that they can write just like a 14-year-old kid. So much so that I'm almost certain you are an idiotic teenager.

But anyway, since your email was sent in white text on a red background, I think that yes, we should avoid passing on those genes.

Here's an update I got over a year later:

i am a functionally high mild mentally retarded adult male that my parent's went and got me sterilised when i was 20 y/o. my parent's don't think i am capable of raising children, i hope u get it right that i am no 14 y/o kid asking for your opionoin if it is very common for mentally retarded adult's to be sterilised.
