Liberty University issues fines for students violating their code of conduct:

Along with forbidden things like any public affection beyond hand-holding, violating the dress code, smoking, having an abortion or practicing witchcraft, we have my favorites:

• 6 Reprimands + $25 Fine for "Direct disobedience/disrespect"
• 12 Reprimands + $50 Fine for "Participation in an unauthorized petition or demonstration"
• 30 Reprimands + $500 Fine + 30 hours Disciplinary Community Service + possible Administrative Withdrawal for "Immorality" (a euphemism for homosexuality or just a catch-all for everything they dislike?)

Liberty, indeed.
