It was on some dude's leg. He said he got it the day after the former Pantera guitarist was shot and killed; the tattoo artist was crying as he inked it. The magenta goatee is a nice touch.

Oh man, that rules. I would have had the hat say "Pantera" - because really, who cares about Damageplan? - but still, a very nice, completely insane gesture.
