A researcher recently published this interesting visual relationship of the sexual connections between high schoolers at an unnamed school.

The three interesting things I noticed:

• Wow, some dude boned nine chicks and some girl slept with six guys.
• There is exactly one homosexual coupling (a pink-pink in that middle shape on the top row [and there's also a blue-blue near the right end of that big ring]). Either gays in the midwest are too far in the closet to act on their wishes or admit it to researchers, or gay sex didn't "count" and that one girl-girl hookup is a typo. Then again, it's still a mystery to me where two women would draw the line between fucking and just having oral sex, and the researchers wanted to sidestep this unscientific distinction.
• The big ring in the top-left seems a bit too perfect. Even the researchers call this 37-degrees-of-separation linkage a surprising anomaly.
