A Question About Homeland Security

If the Acting Director of the CIA, Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman and Homeland Security Secretary all agree that "This is about as serious a threat environment as [they] have seen since 9/11," then why are we still at Code Yellow (halfway down, right column)?

Shouldn't that threat level indicator actually, you know, indicate something?

It's because their true name is the Department of Fear, Panic, and Misinformation. Their main motive seems to be keeping us in line through fear.

So, voters in predominately Democratic urban areas like NYC should just stay home that day and not vote.

An actual elevation change might frighten Fox News watchers...
