Read That Label; Fat is Hiding Everywhere

This list of ten foods that you shouldn't eat contains some obvious points (don't eat fast food french fries), some surprises (Ramen noodles are fried in palm oil) and some in the wow-that's-even-worse-than-I-thought category (one Entenmann's doughnut has "as much artery-clogging saturated and trans fat (10 grams) as nine strips of bacon").

Why they're called "Super Foods" (in the page title), I'm not quite sure.
