What a bunch of quitters ... the New Years resolution crowd has departed, and the gym was back to normal yesterday.

That's awesome, perhaps the same will be true of my apartment's exercise room.

I'm at 190 now, down from 230 of last spring.

I've lost a bunch of weight too (that pic is outdated) ... but I haven't cracked the 200 lb. barrier yet.
