Yes, there is such a thing (sorta), I learn from ColdFusion guru Charlie Arehart. Sort of like the PHP command line, it's useful for cron jobs. Unfortunately he doesn't specify when/why you'd use this instead of a scheduled task or the CFSCHEDULE tag.
