update The new location is www.maarivintl.com/. They should do a redirect from the old domain.

Following the lead of Haaretz, another major Hebrew-language Israeli newspaper called Maariv is set to publish an English-language version online.

The Jerusalem Post is originally published in English and isn't nearly as good as Haaretz. From what I gather, Maariv also has a good reputation.

How do you find out about such things?

I was clicking around someone else's site, and saw they had a link. That's how I find almost everything I link to.

Do you know how to contact Maariv in English? My husband reads the Hebrew and wants me to be able to read some of the articles too. He really wants to be able to write letters to the editor in English. Thanks, Halvah

Rimak, can you tell me how you contact Maariv in English. I want to comment on a story they are running about football (soccer) in Israel.

No more comments! Either someone has violated Godwin's Law, I'm tired of the discussion or, most likely, the ten-week window has closed. You can, however, contact me through email.
