It's a new sign down the block from me. It's a curvy road, and people zip around the curves at totally inappropriate speeds. They've added a traffic light, set up speed traps, and the speed limit is pretty low to begin with. Two blocks away is one of those "your speed: x" meters. Apparently, that's not enough, and the road itself now enforces the rules.
