I came across a essay on the subject of bug reporting, via Jeremy Zawodny. This, like esr's How To Ask Smart Questions, is one of those documents I wish every computer user would read.

I'd like to do a version that focuses more on websites, instead of software. The author publised it under the Open Content License, so that shouldn't me much of an issue. I've asked anyway.
