Jesse Ruderman has a lot of bookmarklets, including about a dozen geared towards the needs of web developers.

He's also got a real-time HTML editor that works surprisingly well.

Live HTTP Headers is a cool addition to Mozilla: it lets you view the HTTP headers you're sent, in real-time, as you browse the web.
