If you don't count temporary (e.g. just for a summer) arrangements or college dorms, that would be 4 houses and 4 apartments. 3145 Abell Ave in Baltimore Maryland, baby. It was a run-down, mouse-infested, filthy rowhouse that I lived and partied in my senior year of college. Stressful, because of the sheer number of things you have to do. Just the change of address for all the bills, closing old accounts and opening new ones, is enough to drive me crazy. I get stressed out enough when bills are all coming to the right place, and all I have to worry about is paying them. It's a balance between the two. Generally I go with location, though — I hate long commutes. That said, I'm not willing to pay through the nose to live in a cool neighborhood or walking distance from a Metro. What sort of budget are we talking about? ;)
